Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings as the senior field leader.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools is highly desirable.
