Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication
- Review subcontractor scopes, buyout, and contracts
- Track costs, change orders, and overall project financials
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- 5 years of experience working for a general contractor
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum
- Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and leadership skills
