Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Help in researching and developing new products.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Sell technical and scientific products that are designed to address specific customer needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data integration and SaaS.
- Proficiency in Docker images and Canva.
- Proven track record in Pre-Sales and Solutions Engineering.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex product knowledge, specifically around Databases (Relational and non-relational, NoSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
