You will manage onsite operations, coordinating various subcontractors and overseeing the entire construction process for public works projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can proactively mitigate issues and keep all stakeholders aligned, driving quality and safety throughout every phase of the project. Your expertise will guide a team of dedicated professionals, and your commitment to excellence will help solidify our reputation as a premier contractor in the region.Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction operations and manage onsite activities. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Review project plans, specifications, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary. Communicate progress and any potential issues with project stakeholders, including clients and project managers. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards. Prepare daily reports and documentation related to project progress and site activities. Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and labor.Qualifications: 4 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar role with focus on ground-up public work construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage onsite teams and stakeholders.
