This role will have a chance to lead a great team of Painters and Technicians within the Paint Department, while helping make continuous improvements!

Job Details
Oversee daily operations of powder coat and liquid paint lines to maintain efficient workflow and quality output.
Lead, mentor, and develop the paint team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Maintain 6S standards and conduct regular walks to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Track SQDC metrics and address variances to meet production targets.
Enforce safety protocols and cultivate a safety-first culture.
Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize paint performance.
Manage paint inventory to ensure availability while minimizing waste.
Train employees on application techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
Support lean initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase throughput, and eliminate waste.
Perform additional duties as needed.
