We’re seeking a Superintendent with a deep background in MEP coordination and field execution. This role will lead day-to-day construction activities, subcontractor management, QA/QC, safety, and closeout for projects with complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.

We’re seeking a Superintendent with a deep background in MEP coordination and field execution. This role will lead day-to-day construction activities, subcontractor management, QA/QC, safety, and closeout for projects with complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
Ideal candidates have
- Strong hands-on experience with MEP systems on commercial builds
- Ability to manage sequencing, commissioning, and systems turnover
- Proven ability to coordinate with design teams, inspectors, and owners
- Strong leadership and communication skills
