A growing transactional law practice is seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Executive Assistant to provide direct support to attorneys and firm leadership.
The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as the position will involve regular communication with clients and other stakeholders in both languages.

Job Details
3 years of executive assistant, legal assistant, or law firm experience preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish — required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional and polished client-facing presence
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Experience supporting attorneys or executives strongly preferred
