An Orlando-based sales and development firm is hiring a Bilingual AT&T Sales Assistant for a full-time, in-person sales position. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help you develop your sales and communication skills. Bilingual AT&T Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and connectivity solutions.
- Communicate in English and Spanish to explain product features, pricing, promotions, and enrollment options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T products and services that match their preferences and budgets.
- Present wireless solutions, answer questions, address concerns, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
- Assist with new account enrollments, additional lines, device upgrades, and plan selections.
- Follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Bilingual AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence initiating face-to-face conversations with customers.
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus; a willingness to learn is essential.
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
