The Opportunity
A well-established mid-sized law firm with a strong reputation in Labor & Employment law is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join its growing Milwaukee office. This is an opportunity for a business-generating attorney with a portable book of business to join a firm that is highly respected in the practice area and offers significant autonomy, resources, and cross-practice collaboration.
The firm represents employers ranging from mid-market companies to large national organizations, advising on complex employment matters, litigation, compliance, and strategic workplace counseling.

The incoming partner will work on a broad range of management-side labor and employment matters, including:
Employment litigation in state and federal courts
Workplace investigations and internal compliance matters
Wage and hour disputes and class actions

Counseling employers on day-to-day HR and regulatory issues
Labor relations and collective bargaining matters (a plus but not required)

Licensed or eligible to practice in Wisconsin
