Job SummaryAs a General Laborer, you may work across multiple job sites and industries depending on project needs. Positions may involve physical, hands‑on work in environments such as demolition, restoration, commercial moving, landscaping, and industrial heavy pressure cleaning. No two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities- Assist with demolition and restoration projects
- Support commercial and industrial moving operations
- Perform landscaping and site clean‑up
- Operate industrial pressure washers and cleaning tools
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA and site safety requirements
- Use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working in industrial, outdoor, or commercial settings
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in different positions
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, demolition, restoration, landscaping, moving, or industrial cleaning is a plus—but not required
