We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Manager for our client in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role, with a minimum of 4 years' experience, and be adept at fostering positive customer relations. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department.
2. Ensuring all HVAC services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the highest quality standards.
3. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
4. Providing technical guidance and support to the HVAC service team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
5. Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
6. Managing and coordinating training programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting practices.
3. Proven experience in customer relations, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively and professionally.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance.
5. Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to the service team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
9. Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry and experience in ensuring compliance.
