We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Health Services Administrator (HSA) to lead healthcare operations within a correctional facility. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour days, providing strong work-life balance while maintaining a meaningful impact.
This is a blended clinical and administrative leadership position, ideal for a hands-on leader who can support patient care when needed while driving operational excellence, compliance, and team performance. The HSA will oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services in a safe, secure environment.

Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
Active clinical license (RN or similar) strongly preferred due to hands-on component
3–5 years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
Correctional healthcare or highly regulated environment experience preferred
