Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
- Conduct environmental due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating environmental provisions in purchase agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts.
- Support clients in environmental permitting, site remediation, and brownfield redevelopment.
- Communicate with environmental consultants, engineers, and regulators on permitting and compliance issues.
