- Total Comp Package $190K-$200K that includes a base salary, 10% bonus paid semi-annually, profit sharing, and 4% 401k match

- Responsible for all field operations, directing team of Superintendents/Foremen/laborers, maintaining schedules/safety, coordination, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, and budget
- Projects include large luxury/high-end custom homes
- 3 years of experience as a Director of Field Operations, General Superintendent, or Sr. Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
- Commercial project experience is a plus
- Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
