- Lead complex corporate tax engagements from planning through completion, including budgeting, execution, review, and delivery.
- Prepare and review complex corporate returns, including consolidated filings and multi-state entities, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop strategic tax planning solutions and advise clients on complex tax matters, including M&A structuring, tax due diligence, reorganizations, investments, and other transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing high-quality tax advisory and compliance services.
- Lead and develop staff, reviewing work, providing feedback, and managing multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
