Our litigation group manages complex and high-exposure civil matters involving
- General liability and premises liability defense
- Tort and negligence claims (including catastrophic injury and professional liability)
- Employment litigation (discrimination, wage & hour, wrongful termination)
- Construction defect and construction-related disputes
- Insurance coverage and defense matters
- Products liability and property damage claims
- Equitable and injunctive relief proceedings
- J.D. and active license in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in one or more of the following preferred medical malpractice, torts/negligence, insurance defense or coverage, premises/general liability, or representation of institutional clients
