Title Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location North East Florida
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational backbone of the company, working hands-on with project teams to ensure execution excellence
- Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and structure to support rapid growth
- Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership to define strategic goals and growth milestones
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations leadership team from the ground up
- Oversee daily operations across project delivery, field execution, safety, and administrative support
- Champion a strong, collaborative culture rooted in accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, ideally within entrepreneurial or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to scale operational infrastructure while staying connected to frontline execution
- Strong financial, strategic, and organizational planning skills
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and building culture
- Track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
