A bit about us:
We are a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services organization backed by institutional capital. Our mission-driven platform supports frontline care teams while scaling operations, compliance, and leadership infrastructure across a rapidly expanding footprint.
Why join us?
We’re building a best-in-class leadership team to support rapid growth, operational scale, and clinical excellence. As CHRO, you’ll have true executive ownership, a large and capable HR organization, and a direct line to the CFO and CEO. You’ll shape culture, leadership, and workforce strategy at scale — with the resources, mandate, and equity to make a lasting impact.
Job Details
The Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
The CHRO will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and own the full people strategy across a complex, multi-site healthcare services platform. This leader will be responsible for building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, ensuring regulatory and workforce compliance, and partnering with the CEO and CFO on growth, performance, and culture.
This is a hands-on, strategic operator role — not a policy-only CHRO. The mandate is to professionalize, scale, and future-proof the people function.
Key Responsibilities
Own enterprise-wide people strategy aligned to growth, quality of care, and operational scale
Lead and scale a large HR organization across HR Operations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, and Compliance
Build executive-level leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
Drive workforce planning in partnership with Finance and Operations
Ensure compliance with employment law, healthcare regulations, labor standards, and internal policies
Professionalize recruiting, onboarding, and training at scale to support rapid headcount growth
Partner with CEO and CFO on culture, organizational design, incentives, and leadership bench
Lead change management during growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation
Build strong HR analytics and reporting to inform executive decision-making
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on people-related strategy and risk
Ideal Background / Requirements
12 years progressive HR leadership experience; prior CHRO or VP of HR strongly preferred
Experience leading large HR organizations (30 team members) in multi-site, high-growth environments
Background in healthcare, services, multi-unit operations, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
Proven track record scaling recruiting, training, and compliance functions
Experience partnering with CEO/CFO and executive leadership teams
Comfortable in PE-backed or high-growth environments
Strong executive presence, change leadership, and operational mindset
Ability to balance strategy roll-up-your-sleeves execution
