Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and streamlining billing and collections processes.
2. Month-end closing of the billing group information.
3. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
4. Special project as requested.
5. Assisting with the formulation of billing operational strategies.
6. Coordinating the preparation of bills and invoices.
7. Ensuring all transactions are processed swiftly and accurately.
8. Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
9. Preparing, organizing, and maintaining billing files and records.
10. Identifying and resolving billing queries and discrepancies.
11. Collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
12. Assisting in the improvement of internal processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
13. Providing top-notch customer service, resolving billing issues, and answering customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing coordinator role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
3. Familiarity with financial software.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
10. Exceptional customer service skills.
