Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings related to foreclosure and eviction cases.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to creditor rights, mortgage, and loan servicer.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure the protection of clients' interests.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies and coordinate complex litigation matters.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting creditor rights and related areas.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively, meeting all deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in creditor rights, with a focus on foreclosure, eviction, mortgage, and loan servicer.
4. Strong litigation skills, including experience in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
6. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
7. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients' interests effectively.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
