Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop and adjust litigation strategies
• Manage trust, estate, probate, and conservatorship litigation matters
• Collect and analyze evidence to support client positions
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Guide clients through complex probate and trust administration disputes
• Conduct and defend depositions and summarize discovery materials
• Appear in court, participate in hearings, and attend settlement conferences
• Assist with and eventually lead bench trials as experience grows

Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or entry-level attorney
• Active California Bar membership in good standing (California Bar required)

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
