Required Skills:
- Deep expertise with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, and IAM
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Amazon Titan)
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js
- Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures, including AgentCore, Strand, and MCP
- Experience with fine-tuning techniques: SFT, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, instruction tuning
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience deploying AI systems in enterprise or regulated environments
- Building AI copilots, autonomous workflow agents, or domain-specific AI solutions
- Familiarity with ecosystems like LangChain, Haystack, Ray
- Knowledge of multi-modal models and reasoning systems
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 5 years in software engineering or machine learning engineering
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based MLOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Proven track record of deploying, benchmarking, and optimizing AI models in large-scale or mission-critical environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, flexible scheduling; occasional Saturday work)
- Strong collaboration skills for integrating AI into complex applications
- Clear communication skills to articulate technical concepts and recommendations
