Job Details
We’re seeking a driven Construction Defect / Construction Litigation Attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of construction defect litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
- Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and outside experts to build strong cases
- Meet a minimum annual billing requirement of 1,800 hours
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Colorado
- 2–10 years of litigation experience, with strong preference for construction law or defect litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience representing developers, general contractors, or insurers is a plus
