This position is an opportunity to handle high-stakes antitrust matters across both litigation and transactional practices in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment. - Manage HSR filings and second request responses for mergers and acquisitions
- Defend clients in DOJ and FTC civil and criminal investigations
- Draft and negotiate antitrust risk provisions in transaction agreements
- Conduct antitrust due diligence and prepare competition assessments
- Advise on antitrust compliance programs and pricing strategies
- Interface directly with regulatory agencies and coordinate with economic experts
