We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing strategic consultation and advice to our clients to help improve their healthcare services.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to improve their healthcare services and patient outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's healthcare systems, identifying areas for improvement and making strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions, using evidence-based practices to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing expert nursing input and advice.
- Conduct training and educational sessions for clients, helping them to understand and implement new healthcare practices and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare, ensuring that our clients are always provided with the most current and effective advice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consultations, assessments, and recommendations.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on consulting, strategic planning, and healthcare improvement.
- Exceptional knowledge of healthcare systems, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex healthcare issues.
- Proven ability to conduct training and educational sessions, with a focus on implementing new healthcare practices and procedures.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to travel as required, to provide onsite consultation and support to clients.
