Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Medical Front Desk professional, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting clients and visitors, answering visitor inquiries, and directing them to the right service areas.
2. Managing patient intake and registration, including verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and handling billing inquiries.
3. Assisting with financial record-keeping, including updating patient records and processing medical billing.
4. Providing top-notch face-to-face customer service, promptly addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Coordinating appointment scheduling, including confirming appointments, managing cancellations, and handling emergency and walk-in appointments.
6. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
7. Collaborating with the accounting and finance team to streamline financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Assisting in the preparation of regular financial reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. The office is open from 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, so candidates must be flexible with their hours.
Saturday Rotation: Rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Requirements: Must successfully pass a drug test and fingerprint-based background check.
