In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
· Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing staff, including CNAs and support personnel
· Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
· Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, report changes to physicians and RNs
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation
· Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
· Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance during critical situations
· Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards
· Assist with staffing assignments, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed
· Mentor and support nursing staff to promote professional development and quality care
· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
