Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze, interpret, and manage large volumes of EHR data to provide accurate and timely information for decision making.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of EHR data management systems.
3. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and ensure they are met.
4. Maintain the integrity of employee records by implementing secure data management practices.
5. Train and support staff in using EHR systems effectively.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EHR systems.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in EHR data management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of improving data management systems and processes.
2. Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
4. Proficiency in using EHR systems and other data management tools.
5. Strong knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
