Hospitality Worker I

Job Summary:
The Hospitality Worker I is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily food service and hospitality operations. Duties may include food preparation, serving meals, cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing, serving, and distributing food and beverages.
• Set up and maintain dining, serving, and work areas.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate basic kitchen and food service equipment as trained.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, dishes, and work areas.
• Wash dishes and utensils and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, chefs, or managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
