Our client is a growing home improvement company operating in a face-to-face, in-home sales environment. This role is focused on generating and closing new business by working directly with homeowners, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the full sales process.
This is a high-trust, customer-facing position suited for individuals who can communicate clearly, build credibility quickly, and close with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with homeowners in person and present home improvement solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close
- Clearly explain pricing, financing options, and contract terms
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly with customers
- Handle objections and guide customers toward informed decisions
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, ideally within home improvement or other mid- to high-ticket environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
- Confident, consultative sales approach
- High level of accountability and personal drive
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
