Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and management of company-wide events and team offsites
- Maintain and improve internal events playbooks, templates, run-of-show documents, and approval workflows
- Manage budgets, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and day-of production for internal events
- Maintain the internal events calendar and ensure alignment across departments
- Partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Executive Business Partners to operationalize events strategy
- Develop scalable operational processes that ensure consistency, reliability, and measurable impact of events
- 5 years of experience managing internal or corporate events from conception to execution
- Proven experience with event budgets, vendor negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong program and project management skills with attention to operational detail
- Excellent communication and influence skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and scale processes and playbooks efficiently
- Experience in remote-first or hybrid work environments is a plus
