This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while supporting technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will manage assigned accounts, identify new opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer success.
The position combines strategic account support, consultative selling, and operational coordination to deliver measurable business results.
Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and customers to maximize value, improve engagement, and expand market opportunities.

Accountabilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer relationships, drive sales opportunities, and support account growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, optimize solutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

  • Manage overall account relationships by providing strategic support, service, and guidance to assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and grow market share.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, and account development.
  • Promote value-added solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to support effective sales decisions.
  • Manage supply chain-related opportunities, including solution-based offerings, excess inventory opportunities, and related services.
  • Partner with internal teams to generate customer referrals and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, assignments, and database integrity.
  • Collect and process customer opportunities and excess inventory information.
  • Organize account reviews, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven sales professional with experience in customer relationship management, prospecting, and solution-oriented selling. You are comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and using data to support sales decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5 years of related experience, advanced degree without experience, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be located in the Montreal, Quebec area.
  • Previous sales, inside sales, cold calling, or prospecting experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong Excel skills, particularly for candidates without previous industry experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
