Role Overview
This is an inside sales role with a strong customer service component.
Your primary job is to contact interested homeowners quickly, follow up consistently, and book in-home generator and electrical safety appointments for our sales team. You’ll also brief the salesperson before each appointment and help drive follow-up afterward so opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

- Qualify homeowners (ownership, property type, timing, budget fit) and book in-home consultations.
- Follow a structured follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails) to stay in touch with leads until they book or opt out.
- Re-engage old leads and past inquiries in our CRM to generate additional appointments.
- Prepare a simple pre-appointment brief for the outside sales rep (key details, concerns, notes) so they walk in prepared.
- After the appointment, coordinate with the sales rep to ensure quotes are sent, next steps are clear, and follow-up calls/texts are scheduled.
- Send reminders and confirmations to improve show rates for booked appointments.
- Answer basic questions about our services, process, and typical price ranges
- Handle simple customer service items: reschedules, status updates, and coordination with our install team.
- Log every interaction in our software and keep lead stages and notes accurate.
