\n- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) revenue strategies to accelerate growth across key customer segments and sales motions
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM initiatives, including design, prioritization, execution, and performance tracking
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Analyze GTM performance data to generate insights and optimize revenue programs and sales effectiveness
- Drive cross-functional revenue acceleration initiatives by solving complex strategic and operational challenges
- Manage and maintain an agile execution roadmap aligned with GTM priorities and business objectives
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
- Monitor program performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in SaaS strategy, revenue operations, management consulting, or related roles
- Proven experience designing and executing GTM strategies, sales plays, or revenue growth programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations is highly desirable
