This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available IT environments within a technology-driven organization.
You will oversee collaboration platforms, identity and access management, endpoints, and mobile devices across the user technology ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with governance, project leadership, and continuous improvement.
You will act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and access incidents, including critical incident response.
You will also lead the technical implementation of strategic IT projects and new solutions.
Success requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute to robust technology operations while helping shape scalable and secure IT practices.
- Administer and ensure the high availability, reliability, and governance of collaboration and directory platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Active Directory.
- Lead the governance and full lifecycle management of workstations and mobile devices, including operating system management, standardized images, patch deployment, security compliance, hardware lifecycle, obsolescence, and depreciation controls.
- Manage IAM/IdP solutions and ensure effective user lifecycle practices, access recertification, segregation of duties (SoD), and RBAC models.
- Provide technical leadership for strategic IT projects, actively driving the implementation and adoption of new solutions.
- Act as an N3 escalation point for access management and user infrastructure support, resolving complex technical incidents.
- Lead and actively participate in crisis rooms during critical incidents, coordinating technical troubleshooting and resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes through automation, scripting, and integration with technology platforms and APIs.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience administering and governing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
- Proven experience with identity and access management (IAM/IdP), including access lifecycle and governance practices.
- Hands-on experience managing endpoints and mobile devices through centralized MDM solutions, including image homologation, patch distribution, and security compliance.
- Demonstrated experience providing advanced N3 technical support and handling complex infrastructure incidents and crisis situations.
- Proven track record managing technical projects and implementing new IT solutions.
- Experience with user lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD matrices, and periodic access recertification is a strong advantage.
- Experience implementing or administering IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions is desirable.
- Experience with IdP/IAM and MDM migration projects is a plus; familiarity with JumpCloud is advantageous.
- Knowledge of process automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
