This role is focused on supporting a strategic tax transformation initiative driven by Brazil’s Tax Reform, with direct impact on billing and electronic fiscal documents (NF-e and NFC-e). The professional will act as a key bridge between business, fiscal, and technology teams, translating regulatory changes into clear business and system requirements. Working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, the role involves analyzing technical tax documentation and converting it into actionable functional specifications. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex regulatory and systems challenges. The position also plays a critical part in ensuring ERP (Oracle EBS) adaptations are correctly implemented and validated. Overall, this is a hands-on role with strong exposure to tax, finance, and IT transformation projects.
- Gather and analyze requirements with Fiscal, Billing, Finance, and IT teams to support tax reform initiatives.
- Interpret NF-e/NFC-e Technical Notes related to Tax Reform and translate them into business and system requirements.
- Map current processes and design future-state scenarios (e.g., advance payments, credit/debit flows, stock impacts, refusals, and adjustments).
- Document business rules and functional specifications for tax reform scenarios.
- Support IT/ERP teams (Oracle EBS) in implementing new rules through functional specifications, clarifications, and validations.
- Assist in defining test scenarios and validating results with business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in billing or electronic fiscal documents environments.
- Hands-on experience with NF-e and/or NFC-e (layouts, validation rules, and events).
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian consumption tax legislation and its impact on electronic invoicing.
- Experience working with Oracle EBS, especially AR/Billing modules.
- Solid understanding of AR module functionalities (transactions, fiscal rules, tax codes, calculation rules, and business logic).
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and customization analysis.
- Strong communication skills to interact with Fiscal, Business, and IT teams.
- Availability for full-time remote work.
Nice to have:
- Experience in large-scale tax transformation or Tax Reform projects.
Benefits:
- PJ contract arrangement.
- 6-month project duration, with possibility of extension.
- Hourly rate between R$ 80.00 and R$ 90.00.
- 100% remote work (home office).
