Profession (Job Category): Legal, Compliance & Audit Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: A Oportunidade Analista de Contratos Pleno atuará na área de Contract Management da Unidade de Negócio de Transformadores como um profissional com autonomia crescente, responsável por apoiar negociações, análises contratuais, avaliação de riscos e governança ao longo do ciclo de vida dos contratos. É um papel que integra forte componente técnico com desenvolvimento de competências consultivas, servindo como ponte entre o nível júnior e o sênior. Deve ter maturidade profissional, postura colaborativa e boa capacidade analítica. Como você causará impacto Revisão e Análise Contratual • Revisar contratos de baixa a média complexidade; • Identificar riscos padrão e sugerir mitigação inicial; • Preparar propostas de ajustes para revisão do nível sênior ou jurídico. Suporte à Negociação • Apoiar negociações conduzidas por profissionais sêniores; • Preparar minutas, cartas, comparativos e análises; • Participar de negociações internas com orientação do sênior. Governança e Ciclo de Vida do Contrato • Acompanhar o ciclo contratual do tendering a garantia técnica coletando e organizando dados contratuais; • Controlar prazos, versionamento e documentação; • Garantir atualização de dados e registros em sistemas; • Organizar evidências e documentos para auditorias internas e externas, apoiando na implementação de ações corretivas; • Seguir rigorosamente processos, políticas e templates. • Elaborar relatórios, indicadores e análises sob supervisão. • Apoiar dashboards e controles internos. Suporte a Claims e Disputas • Auxiliar na preparação de evidências, históricos e cronologias; • Estruturar documentação básica para suporte ao jurídico. Desenvolvimento Organizacional • Contribuir para atualização de modelos, templates e diretrizes. • Participar de treinamentos internos como multiplicador da área. • Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis. Requisitos • Graduação em Direito. Desejável Pós-graduação em Contratos. • Atuação anterior em empresas do segmento de engenharia, construção, óleo e gás, energia. • Experiência com contratos, compliance, jurídico ou áreas correlatas. • Conhecimento intermediário em contratos comerciais, capacidade analítica e entendimento de riscos, coleta e organização de dados, apoio à negociação, redação clara e objetiva. • Gestão de prazos, processos e documentação. • Conhecimento básico de auditoria e compliance contratual. • Domínio com sistemas e controles (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint), CLM (software de gestão de contratos). • Inglês avançado é requerido.
