\n- Contribute to the definition and execution of the finance transformation roadmap, aligned with strategic business and finance priorities.
- Lead and facilitate transformation and improvement projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Act as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and Product teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and collaboration.
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements and innovative solutions.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and workflows, ensuring adoption and performance tracking.
- Manage and prioritize transformation backlogs, removing blockers and ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives.
- Ensure financial and accounting processes comply with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of external partners, tools, and technologies that enhance financial operations.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in project management, leading complex end-to-end initiatives, preferably in finance or technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including facilitation of ceremonies and practical application.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes, including flow design and operational structuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strategic and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand business interdependencies.
- Experience with financial systems and tools such as ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite).
- Familiarity with financial products, payments, or credit-related operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
