Fleet & Yard Maintenance Foreman
Established Construction Company – Over 40 Years in Business
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet & Yard Maintenance Foreman. This is a hands-on position responsible for helping keep our trucks, equipment, shop, and yard organized, maintained, and ready to support daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Fueling company trucks and construction equipment.
- Performing routine preventive maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, filters, etc.)
- Completing minor mechanical and small engine repairs as needed.
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and functional.
- Maintaining the company yard, including mowing and general upkeep.
- Coordinating equipment servicing and repairs when necessary.
- Picking up parts and supplies as needed.
- Helping ensure equipment is safe, clean, and job-ready.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work independently.
- Experience with construction equipment or fleet maintenance preferred.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.
