Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with site development, grading, underground utility installation, and general construction activities
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe and professional job site
Qualifications:
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred
- Experience with site work or underground utility construction is a plus
- Clean driving record required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
