- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to Finish Tuesday - Friday
Pay Rates
- 19.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead
- Previous experience leading a team (please specify size, duration, and location)
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training and developing associates

- Ability to operate a forklift in a warehouse environment

- Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards
- Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations
- Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts
- Monitor daily operations, including PPH, chute fills, and CPP, while communicating updates to management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
