The company is a tech‐enabled logistics organization specializing in e‐commerce fulfillment for direct‐to‐consumer brands.
Hours
1st Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm
2nd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–12:30am
Pay: Up to $24/hr (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual HR Assistant / Onsite Recruiter to support hiring, onboarding, and day‐to‐day HR operations. This is an onsite role for someone with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in staffing, HR, or warehouse environments is a plus, but we’re open to training someone who is eager to learn and grow.
You’ll be a key point of contact for candidates and new hires, helping manage the onboarding process, job postings, and daily HR support needs.
Responsibilities
New Hire Orientations
- Lead orientations and guide new hires through company expectations, policies, and job duties.
Recruiting & Job Postings
- Post open roles, respond to candidate inquiries, schedule interviews/orientations, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Paperwork
- Process all onboarding documentation, including I‐9s, ID badges, and system entries (Excel, ATS, internal databases).
Candidate Support
- Assist applicants onsite, walk the floor as needed, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all documents are completed correctly and meet company and regulatory standards.
Brand Representation
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records, update HR systems, and handle confidential information with care.
Adaptability
- Adjust to changing hiring needs, schedules, and operational demands.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Communication Skills
- Comfortable interacting with candidates, managers, and team members in both English and Spanish.
Customer Service Mindset
- Experience in customer service, call centers, staffing, or HR is helpful. We will train the right person.
Detail‐Oriented & Tech‐Savvy
- Comfortable with data entry, Excel, and HR systems. Accuracy is essential.
Reliable & Punctual
- Dependability is key to keeping the onboarding process running smoothly.
Professional Presence
- You’ll be the first impression for new hires—professionalism matters.
Willingness to Learn
- Open to growing within HR, staffing, and recruiting.
Experience Matters
