HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Spanish-Bilingual HR Recruiter to join our team in Lansing, Illinois. In this Contract-to-Ongoing position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategies for both salaried and hourly roles across our facilities. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement.

• Develop and execute strategies to support military, college, and diversity recruitment initiatives.

• Utilize various platforms such as career fairs, social media, online job boards, and community events to identify and engage top talent.

• Provide candidates with detailed information regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the recruitment process.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and decisions.

• Leverage competitive intelligence and digital tools to attract both active and passive candidates.

• Monitor and optimize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment efforts.

• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $25/hr to $27/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Bilingual in Spanish

• At least 1 year of prior experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing.

• Familiarity with military and college recruitment programs is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, with iCIMS experience being a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and strategic thinker who leverages social media and other digital tools for sourcing top talent.
