- Experience leading teams of over 10 associates in a warehouse environment
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

- Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards
- Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations
- Manage training sessions and monitor daily headcounts
- Communicate operational metrics like PPH, chute fills, and CPP to management
