At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Skilled Maintenance Technician to work with a leading retail and distribution company in Burlington. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on warehouse equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure.

Shift Patterns

• • 5th Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Pay Rates

• • 28.29 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Skilled Maintenance Technician

• • Do you have prior TIG welding experience; if so how many years?

• • Are you able to read and follow weld prints, instructions and safety procedures?

• • Do you have your own welding tools and equipment?

• • Can you operate oxyacetylene torch, grinders, saws, if so how many years?

• • Do you have forklift operating experience?

Role Tasks for Skilled Maintenance Technician

• • Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment including conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, and sortation systems.

• • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with machinery.

• • Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical panels, and dock doors.

• • Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize operational downtime.

• • Ensure the facility remains compliant with all OSHA and company safety regulations.
