At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Electromechanical Assembler to work with a leading company in the industrial actuation sector in Armada. This role is essential for the production and quality assurance of high-precision actuator units, requiring a detail-oriented approach and technical proficiency.
Shift patterns
- 6am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed
Pay rates
- 19.00 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Assembler
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Excellent reading and oral comprehension skills
- Quality mindset with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot problems
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity
- Good vision (near, far, depth) and ability to adjust focus
- High School Diploma preferred
Role for Assembler
- Assemble, position, align, and fasten units to subassemblies or frames using precision tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine assembly sequences
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet strict tolerances and customer requirements
- Clean, lubricate, and label parts as required
- Perform drilling, tapping, and reaming operations using shop equipment
