JNA Builds, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel Specialist to join our team. As a company that prides itself on creating dream spaces for our clients, we are looking for someone who is passionate about construction and remodeling, particularly in the areas of kitchens and bathrooms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire remodeling process, from demolition to final finishes. This position will involve working on a variety of projects, including kitchen facelifts, full bathroom remodels, and custom builds, all while maintaining the high standards and craftsmanship that JNA Builds is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all phases of kitchen and bathroom remodeling, including:
- Demolition and site preparation
- Plumbing and electrical rough-ins
- Cabinetry and backsplash installation
- Tile setting and grouting (experience with detailed and intricate tile work is essential)
- Flooring installation (wood, tile, and other materials)
- Installation of plumbing fixtures, appliances, and lighting
- Drywall, painting, and finishing work
- Work closely with our in-house design team to bring client visions to life.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and JNA Builds’ high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Expertise in tile installation, including intricate designs and custom layouts.
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical, cabinetry installation, and all aspects of remodeling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the job.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with custom cabinetry and high-end finishes.
- Familiarity with modern design trends in kitchen and bathroom remodels.
- Certifications in plumbing or electrical work are a plus.
