Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Culver City, CA, for a Kitchen and Bath Designer. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design customized kitchen and bathroom spaces, utilizing your expertise in layout, functionality, and aesthetics. Daily responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their design preferences, preparing design proposals, creating detailed layouts, and providing guidance on cabinetry and product selections. You will also support the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the design journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, including creating functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining effective Communication with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to drive Sales and achieve customer satisfaction through customized design solutions.
- Understanding of Cabinetry products and trends to guide customer selections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software or CAD programs is highly desirable.
- Background in interior design or a related field is a plus.
