Duties

• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols
• Use hand tools like tape measures for accurate measurements and perform heavy lifting as required for material handling
• Assist with restoration efforts, and remodeling tasks
• Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work on-site
• Support site management by maintaining safety standards, organizing materials, and ensuring project timelines are met

Experience

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on various projects
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of construction projects
• Familiarity with woodworking techniques such as trim carpentry or framing is advantageous
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate project execution

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
