In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring that each phase is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in various carpentry disciplines will drive the success of our construction initiatives. Duties

• Operate power tools, hand tools safely and effectively on-site
• Execute trim carpentry tasks with precision
• Conduct framing using wood framing techniques for various structures
• Perform plastering, drywall installation, and other surface treatments to achieve desired quality standards
• Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and perform dimensional measurements for precise cuts and placements
• Support remodeling projects by restoring existing structures or updating interiors with new materials
• Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and construction plans for seamless project execution
• Maintain safety protocols during heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, heavy equipment operation, and site cleanup

Requirement

• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures.
• Knowledge of trim carpentry
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during framing or restoration work
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and site protocols
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate construction work
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from blueprints or schematics
• Valid experience working on construction sites with a focus on remodeling or new builds
